Step into a space where movement becomes medicine. Where music guides you inward, and community lifts you outward.

Where you can explore, release, and reconnect - with yourself and with others - through the simple language of dance.

Our evening is crafted as a journey:

a slow arrival into your body,

a rising wave of rhythm,

and a soft landing in stillness and integration.

No choreography, no talking, no alcohol, no expectations.

Just you, the music, and the freedom to move exactly as you feel. Guidelines:

• no talking / phones

• no drugs / alcohol

• no shoes

• Mutual respect, consent and awareness are essential

• 18+ event

🗺️ We create an atmosphere where every body, identity, and background is honored. Come as you are - curious, shy, wild, grounded, anything in between.

🔊 A curated musical set to guide you from gentle warm-up into ecstatic peaks and peaceful grounding. Let yourself follow whatever wants to move.
